POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: All rates in US Dollars. Starting on November 1, 2008 through April 30, 2009 : $150.00 first night, $125.00 for each additional night. These rates apply Sunday through Thursday nights Only. May 1, 2008 - October 31, 2008 : $190.00 - $215.00. Room Reservations require major credit card or one night's deposit.
	Cancellation Policy: There is a $25.00 fee for any change or cancellation; however if the cancellation occurs within 14 days of your check-in date, you will be responsible for the first night room rent. In addition, any changes or cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled check-in time will require you to be responsible for the entire reservation and no refunds will be issued.
