	Payment Policy: Realtime online booking now available at personal website: beachretreatoregon.com. 50% deposit of total rental rate holds reservation; balance due 21 days before arrival All Rates in US Dollars. Low Season: October – May (excluding Holidays/Festivals) • Lower Retreat: $110 (1-2 people); $125 (3-8 people) • Upper Retreat: $125 (1-2 people); $145 (3-7 people) • Both Units: $270 (up to 15 people) High Season: June – September and Holidays/Festivals: • Lower Retreat: $120 (1-2 people); $135 (3-8 people) • Upper Retreat: $135 (1-2 people); $155 (3-7 people) • Both Units: $290 (up to 15 people).
	Cancellation Policy: Cancellations 21 days prior to arrival will receive full refund less $25 processing fee. Cancellations 21 days or less will receive refund for days re-rented; all others will be forfeit.
	Rules: 10.5% state and city room tax charged in addition to rates listed above (unless stay is for 30+ days). Credit card is held in lieu of security deposit and will be charged for damages if significant. Cleaning fee: $55 per unit per stay. Reservation is secured when 50% deposit is received.
