Cancellation Policy:
OVER 61 Days = 10% of monies collected.
Between 31 to 60 Days = $450
30 Days or less: 100% of monies collected (unless home is rerented) If re-rented, then the costs to rent the home + $450.

The house comes fully furnished with all linens (EXCEPT beach blankets and beach towels). There is a side-by-side washer and dryer for guests use during their stay. Although all guests are required to clean the home and take the garbage out upon depaqrtture, a house keeping crew does come in between reservations to restock and ensure the house is properly cleaned for the next guest.
