	Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars Add 9% room tax. Above rates are based on 2 adults (no children in Suites). Holidays & Special Events Dates are high season rates and may require 3 night stays. Visit our website for details on other one, two and three bedroom units. Duplex Unit and Houses require contacts, advance payment and security deposits. Contact us for details & availability.
	Cancellation Policy: Cancellation is usually 48 hours for Suites. High Season, holiday and special event reservations will require 7-14 day cancellation policy. Duplex Unit and Houses require 30-45 day cancellation policies.
