Rules:
• Pets on approval only. 6 people maximum.
• Heron’s Rest is a non-smoking home, and the fireplace is closed. NO SMOKING IN OR AROUND CABIN.
• If on inspection of the home we find any damage, missing items, carpet stains beyond normal use, if smoking occurred, or excessive cleanup is required, additional charges will apply.
ON CHECKOUT:
• Please load and start the dishwasher before leaving.
• Start a load of Towels or sheets before you leave.
• Please take trash out as you leave.
• Turn off all lights. Always replace the house key in the key lock-box each time you enter. That way everyone in your party will always have easy access to the cabin. A $50 charge will apply for a lock-out. A $75 re-keying charge will apply for a lost key.
• Please, when you leave do the following:
1. Be sure to secure the house when you leave, this includes locking ALL windows.
2. Make sure the stove, oven and all appliances (i.e. iron, coffee pot, etc.) are turned off.
3. Turn heat down to 55 degrees and close the blinds.
4. Lock the front door and return key(s) to the lock box before leaving.
There is a $25 fee for items not completed.
