Payment Policy: All rates are quoted in US Dollars.

$130 Refundable Security Deposit.
$130/Night for 1st and 2nd Nights
$110 Third and Additional Nights
Short Term Monthly Rental Available
Six or more nights $110 each
October Rent 4 nights and receive 5th night free. 8% County Tax Collected. No Additional Cleaning Fee if check out instructions are followed.

 
Cancellation Policy: 42 days prior to check in full refund. After 35 days security deposit will be retained if home is not re-rented for the dates that were held. This will be cedited to a re-booking in off season for same number of days. Credit is good up to one year. Holiday cancelations will not receive re-booking option.
 
Rules: No Smoking / No Pets. 24 Years and Older to Rent or married.

Check Out Time: 11:00am
