Cancellation Policy: 1. Cancellation: If tenant cancels before 6 weeks of Check in Date, he/she will forfeit non-refundable down payment ($75.00) paid upon execution of this contract OR he/she may use it as a deposit on another occupancy date and Lease Agreement within the calendar year subject to availability, Landlord acceptance and any applicable rent increases. If tenant cancels after six weeks of Check in Date, he/she will (1) forfeit all monies paid to Landlord to that point in time OR (2) he/she may use monies paid toward another occupancy date and Lease Agreement within the calendar year subject to availability, Landlord acceptance and any applicable rent increases OR (3) he/she will forfeit non-refundable down payment ($75.00) but recover all monies paid in excess of that amount if and only if Landlord is able to find another occupant for those reservation dates.
