Cancellation Policy:
1.) If you cancel after making your reservation on a day that would occur 41 days or more before than you lose your deposit, which is either $200. or 1/3 of a Holiday Deposit.
If you cancel within 40 days of your arrival to 19 days before your arrival date, we will refund ½ of the amount paid out for your reservation. All charges are taxable and remaining balance will be refunded to you by a Cabins-4-Rent check
If you cancel within 18 days or less of your reservation, we will refund you 1/3 of the total amount paid out with a Cabins-4-Rent check.
Call for cancellation to be recorded and for confirmation number to be given to you. If you do not call and just not show up, than there is no refund. A confirmation number is needed for your cancellation.
No refunds are credited back to your credit card. All refunds are mailed back to you with a Cabins 4 Rent check within 30 days of the cancellation date.
