New Year's Eve $1500 Martin Luther King $1000 Presidents Wkend $1100 Easter $900.
Memorial Day $1100 4th of July $1500 Labor Day $1100 T.Giving $900 Christmas $1000.
Security/Damage fee of $500 (refunded 30 days after inspection).
50% with security to reserve dates, Bal. 50% due 1 month prior to check-in.
