Payment Policy: All funds in Us dollars only.

One half deposit is required on booking. The balance plus a $500 breakage fee (refundable) is due by May 1st and subject to change without notice.


 
Cancellation Policy: Deposits are not refundable unless the unit is rented for the entire period. Payment in full is due 30 days prior to arrival. There is a 10% cancellation fee processed prior to the refund.
