Rules:
1. Remainder of fees due 8 weeks before arrival date.
2. Property rented “site unseen.”
3. Occupants are not to exceed 11 people.
4. This agreement may not be assigned nor
designated to any third party. No subleasing is permitted.
5. Tenant is responsible for negligent breakage, damage, and/or loss of any equipment or furnishings caused during rental period. Tenant is responsible for leaving the property neat and tidy upon checkout.
6. In the event the police have to be called or neighbors complain of excessive noise or rowdiness, tenant will be asked to vacate and monies will not be refunded.
7. Recreational vehicles, campers, or tents are prohibited.
8. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON RENTAL PROPERTY. PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE
9. SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN THE HOUSE!
10. Rental periods extend from check-in after 3:00 P.M. Saturday to check-out at 10:00 A.M. Saturday. Arrangements will be made with tenants to receive and return keys. There is a $25 fee for keys not returned.
11. Major appliances will be repaired as soon as possible. Color Television, radios, etc. are provided on an “as is” basis. If a malfunction occurs, repair or replacement is at owner’s discretion.
12. Eating and cooking utensils are provided at the property. TENANTS WILL SUPPLY SHEETS, PILLOWCASES AND TOWELS.
13. Security deposits (less any damages) will be returned by mail within 30 days from checkout
