Payment Policy:
All Rates are in US Dollars.
Nightly rate range:
$250-$495 plus 4% tax
(dependent on number of people and season)
Inquire about reduced weekly rates.
Security deposit of $500 required for stays of one month or more
Rental includes stocking kitchen with full breakfast and light refreshments, first quality linens, and all utilities except long distance phone service

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation at any time will result in forfeiture of deposit. However, we will attempt to find a replacement renter and will refund to you any amount paid by the substitute renter
