Payment Policy: Reservation is made by making full payment. Domestic rental pay by check or money order. Payments for international rentals must be by certified funds. (example: bank wire or Western Union). AND Certified funds payments, for international rentals, must be at least two weeks before arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Previously paid rent will not be refunded if the property is not used, unless the owner is able to rent the reserved time to others. In the event that any refund is made, it will be subject to a cancellation fee of $75.00.

Rules: Smoking in non-smoking areas (the interior) results in a charge equal to one days rent. The presence of a pet, over any duration (including day visiting) results in a charge of $75.00.
