Payment Policy: All rates in US Dollars. Rates do not include South Carolina accommodation tax. Deposit of 50% required to secure a weekly reservation & balance due 60 days prior to arrival. Per night rates also available. $100 cleaning fee due for stays for nonweekly rentals. Amenity cards can be purchased for $35-50 per week depending on the season.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund for written cancellations at least 60 days prior to arrival. No refund for cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival unless property can be re-rented.
