Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations are subject to an $85.00 administrative fee.
For a refund, a cancellation must be submitted in writing and received 90 days prior to arrival (less an $85.00 cancellation fee).
Cancellation within the 60 or 90-day period will result in the forfeiture of your 40% deposit.
