Payment Policy: All Rates are in US Dollars.
Security deposit ($300) and one-half of rent required to secure reservation. Balance of payment must be received within 21 days of the beginning rental date. Payment by check or money order--no credit cards. Extra charge for more than 6 guests. Rent includes housekeeping fee but does not include South Carolina sales tax.

Cancellation Policy: If notice of cancellation is received 22 days before rental date, all deposits will be refunded, less $100 administrative fee. If cancellation occurs within the 21 days preceeding the rental date, only the security deposit will be refunded.
