	Payment Policy: All Funds in US Dollars. From $5,950 per Week to $11,950 Rates include weekly cleaning costs. Throughout Year there are exceptions to stated rates due to various national, regional and local holidays and events.
	Cancellation Policy: Full refund of whatever has been paid, provided we can rebook at same rate. If rebooking is less than original booking then amount of new booking will be refunded.
	Rules: No Smoking Pets Not allowed

MAID SERVICE :

The house will be perfectly clean, tidy and rental ready when you arrive. Daily or occasional maid service is available upon request at additional cost.
