Payment Policy: Rates in $US. Add 11% accommodations tax; no additional fees apply. Add 10% for holiday weeks (Heritage, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas). 40% deposit due upon reservation; balance and $450 (or $600 with pets) fully refundable damage deposit due 30 days prior to arrival. Payments by check is preferred. If guest prefers to pay via credit card, payment via PayPal is possible, and guest is asked to pay the 2.9% PayPal processing fee.

Cancellation Policy: Fully refundable if more than 45 days prior to arrival. If inside of 45 days, refundable if the same period of time is booked and the same rate is paid.

Rules: Well behaved pets are accepted with a fully refundable $600 damage deposit.
