	Rules: CHECKOUT PROCEDURES This home or villa is privately owned and we ask that you treat it as if it were your own. We hope that you have a wonderful vacation and that you will visit us again! THE FOLLOWING IS A LIST OF ITEMS THAT WE ASK YOU TO DO UPON DEPARTURE. PLEASE: 1 Put all garbage in plastic trash bags, take out and put inside garbage containers. Do not put on the ground. 2 If sheets and towels are provided, please place them in one location Inside the front of the door. Do not pull bedspreads and mattress pads off beds. 3 Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run the cleaning cycle. If the unit does not have a dishwasher or they will not fit, please wash, dry and put them away. 4 Make sure all furniture is placed in its original position. 5 Pick up and dispose of all debris. No Pets..No exceptions. No Smoking except on the balcony. CHECK OUT TIME IS 10:00 A.M. THERE WILL BE A CHARGE FOR LATE CHECKOUTS.
