POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: Half of rental fee plus $500 security deposit is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to stay. An 11 1/2% accommodation tax is applied to the rental amount.
	Cancellation Policy: Cancellation 90 days prior to arrival - $50 processing fee is applied. Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival - We will try to rental the property and if we are successful we will refund the full amount except for $50 processing fee. I we are not able the rent the property you will be responsible for half of rental amount. Cancellation less than 30 days - no refund.
	Rules: No pets allowed. if pets are found all monies will be forfeited and you will be required to vacate the property. This is a no smoking house. do not keep windows and doors open while hvac system is running. if you would like to have them open, please turn this system off. please leave house neat and orderly. remove sheets and pillow cases and place sheet and dirty towels in bathrooms.. do not place bedspreads and coverlets with dirty linens. place dirty dishes in dishwasher and turn on before departure. there is a short time between your departure and the arrival of the next guests. if excessive cleaning is required, you deposit may not be refunded. thank you for being considerate of the next guests. put all garbage in bins priovided in garage.
