	Payment Policy: All funds in US Dollars. Rental week is from Saturday to Saturday. Taxes not included. Reserve your dates with a 30% deposit. Cleaning Before And After is included in all rates. Linens & Towels are included in all weekly rentals. $5. fee for out of country checks.
	Rules: All our rentals are non-smoking, smoking permitted on the balcony. You must be 25 years of age or older to rent, unless accompanied by a parent.
	Check In Time: 3pm Check Out Time: 10am Time Zone: Eastern

No Pets allowed. This is a Non-Smoking condo. You must be 25 years of age or older, unless accompanied by a parent. Cleaning Before And After your stay is included in all rates! Guest Linens & Towels are included in weekly rates! * Free Parking included in all rates! Rental week is Saturday to Saturday. Check in time 3pm. Check out 10am. $200. fully refundable security/key deposit required. Taxes not included.
