Beautiful Upscale Home On Lake in Ocean Front Family Resort!

Payment Policy: Rates are quoted in US Dollar. A Security deposit of $500.00 is due within 10 days upon making reservation. This security deposit will be refunded within 5 days after checkout if the home is left cleaned and without damages! The rental fee plus 11% Sales Tax is due 30 Days prior to check-in. The resort charges $3.00 per day per car for carpasses (I will send form to purchase in advance and they will mail to you.) Limit 4 cars) We accept check, money order, travelers check, mastercard and visa.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50.00. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of $150.00. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. In case of hurricane evacuation ordered by the government during your stay, rent will be pro-rated.

Rules: No Pets Allowed! We have another property that we do consider small pets, please inquire. No smoking in the home. Smoking is allowed on decks and outside areas. Weekly rentals are Sunday to Sunday. Garbage: Pickup is on Monday and Fridays. Cans are supplied at the end of driveway. Parking: Limited to 4 cars. No street parking allowed. No House Parties: We only rent to responsible familes. No loud music after 10PM. On Departure: All furniture should be in the same place as it was on arrival. The kitchen should be clean, dishes washed, appliances wiped down, food removed from refrigerator and wiped down. All trash should be bagged and put in outside receptacles. All trash removed from yard and grill cleaned. Check all drawers and under furniture for personal items. Lock all doors and windows. We inventory and inspect the home before and after your stay. You will be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, dirty dishes, moved furniture and garbage not disposed of in the proper receptacles. You will be charged for violations to the house rules. A list of rules are posted in the home.
