Payment Policy: All Rates in US Dollars.

11.5% Sales Tax Required by law Security deposit of $200. Refundable if all is left in order after check out. We are offering a Summer and Fall Special with EVERYTHING INCLUDED. CALL FOR DETAILS!!! We accept check, money order or certified check and ask for 1/2 to hold the reservation. The balance should be paid at least 1 month before reservation in order to mail the pass and key. No cash or travelers check.

Cancellation Policy: If Your Reservation is cancelled far enough in advance and we can rebook, your deposit will be refunded or a rain check issued. If for any reason the rental fee is not paid in full in time for all transactions to be make in an orderly manner and or the time is cancelled that has been reserverd and the guide lines we have set forth have not been adhered to, the booking deposit will not be returned.

Rules: ABSOLUTELY NO PETS: Rule breaker are subject to losing their deposit. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE HOME. If you smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette butts properly. PLEASE PARK UNDERNEATH THE HOME. NO STREET PARKING. No House Parties. Please be respectful of our neighbors. No loud parties. No loud music and it is quiet time after 10 pm. You will lose your security deposit if the security pollice are called to come to the property. All furniture should be in the same place as it was on arrival. The kitchen should be left clean, dishes washed, and put away, refrigerator cleaned out of left over food and wiped down. All trash should be bagged and disposed of in the outside garbage can. Check under the beds and furniture for personal belongings. Lock all windows and doors and close all blinds. Mail the keys back asap. Please be respectful of the owners cabinets that are locked.
