Payment Policy: For all reservations of 3 nights or less we require a one night deposit. For reservations made for 4 nights or more we require a two night deposit.

Cancellation Policy: If a cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of 10% of the deposit or $30 is charged, whichever is higher. If cancellation is made 14 days or less, prior to the arrival dates, the entire deposit is forfeited. No refunds for early checkout.

Rules: We do not except pets. You must me 21 years of age or accompanied by a parent to rent our units.
