Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars.
A security deposit $300.00 is required for reservations, damage, and cleanup. It is refundable by mail after checkout and is not considered a part of the rent.
Rental rates are subject to 8% accommodations tax and a $60.00 exit fee.

Rules: FAMILIES ONLY. House parties are NOT allowed.
NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
Homes are to be cleaned with trash removed before you leave.
