Payment Policy: INCLUDES SALES TAX AND CLEANING (approximatly $600)

Club access for $150 per week for all house guests directly from the Club (Policy)

Cancellation Policy: CANCELLATION POLICY: The time factor is critical in vacation rentals and your reservation and deposit will hold this rental off the market. If you cancel for any reason after we have received your deposit and if the cancellation is more than 90 days prior to rental date you will be refunded the deposit less $100 processing fee. If the cancellation is less than 90 days prior to the rental date a 50% (minus the $100 fee) refund will be made. o If a mandatory hurricane evacuation is ordered during the renters stay by the local authorities due to a hurricane a proportional refund will be made to the renter

Rules: INSTRUCTIONS AND INFORMATION; There will be a booklet sent to you by email prior to arrival with instructions about house features and functions. OWNERS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS: This is the owner’s primary home and not a normal rental property. As a renter you are invited into the owners’ personal home as a paying guest.
