Payment Policy: All rates in US dollars.

Cleaning Fee:-$150.00 (includes all linens)
 
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations more than 60 days prior to arrival will be fully refunded. For cancellations within 60 days of the scheduled arrival date, we will refund the cleaning fee, taxes and damage deposit. If we are able to rebook the property, we will also refund a prorated share of the rental fee for each day that is filled. A $500 refundable (pending satisfactory inspection of home) security deposit is required.
