Payment Policy:
All rates in US dollars.
Summer Season (May - September, 2007): $1800 per week.
Holidays: $2000 per week.
Off-Season (December - February): $1200 per week.

Partial week rentals available Sept – May – Call for Information
Refundable $600 security deposit required at reservation and ½ rental fee
Cleaning Service available for extra $150 fee (includes linen service)
