Cancellation Policy:
Summer weeks are prime rental periods. These weeks are usually booked very far in advance. When you provide a deposit and sign a contract, you are committed to renting that week and paying the full rental price. While you have it reserved, we are also turning other people away who might want that same week. However, we understand that things happen unexpectedly sometimes. If you have to cancel and do so far enough in advance for us to re-rent the week, there will be no charge and all deposits paid will be refunded (60 days or more). However, if you cancel less than 60 days before the rental week, your deposit is forfeited if we are not able to re-rent the week. Less than 30 days and you owe for the full rental week, if we are not able to rent the week. This policy applies to summer weeks May-September and Holiday weeks (Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.)
Cancellation policy for off-season is 30 days in advance and all deposits are returned. Less than 30 days, deposits are forfeited if not able to re-rent the house.
