Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars.

500.00 deposit due when making reservation. Weekly rent due 30 days proir to arrival. deposit defunded after check less 100.00 for housekeeping. You may use credit card or mail check. If mailing check, please contact owner to hold that week until check arrives.

Cancellation Policy: Cancell 90 days prior to arrival will be a 50.00 fee.
Cancell 30 days prior to arrival will be a 200.00 fee.
Cancell after that and you loose your deposit unless we have a storm and the governor evacuates.

Rules: Absollutly no pet and no smoking in this home. If these pollicies are broken you may loose you entire deposit. We use this home our selves and we have family members that can not tollorate animal hair and smoke.
