Payment Policy:
$200 refundable security deposit, will be returned 10 days after you leave, but may be reduced by damages.
$100 cleaning fee
$25/day pet fee if you have pets
Payment in full due 30 days prior to reservations.

Cancellation Policy:
If we can rebook your dates, we will gladly refund your money; however, if we cannot, we will give you a rental credit toward a rescheduled visit.
