	Payment Policy: All Rates in US Dollars. $5 off wakiki on each booking. Specials run March 20-May 20th and September 10-November 20th. Our rates are include hot tub and cleaning fees!! $300non-refundable deposit to hold the date and full amount is due 60 days prior to rental minus the $300 deposit. Damage deposit of $1000 required and or $45.00 damage deposit insurance.
	Cancellation Policy: WE do not offer refunds and encourage you to purchase travel insurance. If you cancel at least 60 days prior to your arrival you may rebook within the year.
	Rules: No smoking and no pets.
	Check In Time: 4:00 pm Check Out Time: 10:00 am Time Zone: Mountain
