Payment Policy: * A $200.00 refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your reservation.

* Special Rate: Stay 5 nights and get the sixth night free and the housecleaning fee is waived

* Off Season: Jan 3rd, to Feb 28th $130.00 / night (weeknight & weekends)

Low Season: March, April May, August, September, November $155.00 / night (Holidays excluded) (weeknight & weekends)

Season: June, July, October $185.00 / night (weeknight & weekends)

Peak (National Holiday Weekends, Easter Week, Thanksgiving and weekend, December 21st to Jan 2nd $195.00 / night (weeknight & weekends)

10% discount for reservations made 90 days in advance.

Personal Checks with a 5 day waiting period, American Express, Visa and Mastercard are happily accepted.

Cancellation Policy: Payment is fully refundable if cancellation is received in writing 30 days prior arrival. There are NO REFUNDS for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. If you need to change your dates there is a $25.00 rebooking fee.
