POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: Rates are in US Dollars. Visa and Master Card are accepted. Deposit of one night's rent plus tax is due at confirmation. Balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. If reservation booked less than 14 days, total amount due at confirmation.
	Cancellation Policy: If cancellation is greater than 14 days to arrival, total monies paid minus one night's rate plus tax refunded. If cancellation is less than 14 days to arrival, no monies refunded.
	Rules: This is a no smoking, no pets cabin. Any violation of these policies and the guest will be charged a $150.00 clean up fee. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

MAID SERVICE :

The cabin is cleaned after each guest's departure. There is no additional charge to the nightly rate for cleaning. However, if cleaning is desired during a guest's stay, it can be provided at an additional charge of $75.00.
