Cannot be combined with any other specials. Not valid during holidays. Valid 1/24/09 – 5/31/09. All Year Long - Stay 6 Nights And Pay For 5, Stay 7 Nights And Pay For 6! All year long! Make a 6 night reservation and only pay for 5. Make a 7 night reservation and only pay for 6. Holidays not included. Cannot be combined with other specials. Valid thru 12/31/2009. Stay 2 Nights – 15% Discount! Stay 2 nights from January 24, 2009 thru May 31, 2009 and receive 15% off your entire stay. On new reservations made after January 24, 2009. 	Cancellation Policy: Cancellations and Rental Changes: Should you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded if the named renter notifies us in writing 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. The $35.00 reservation fee is non-refundable. If you cancel your reservation less than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be made; however, your deposit can be applied to another reservation that is made within 30 days. There is a $25 change reservation fee. A rescheduled reservation, if cancelled, will not be refunded. If you cancel your reservation less than seven (7) prior to your arrival date, no refund will be made and the reservation can not be rescheduled. This cancellation policy applies to all reservations regardless of the date of booking. In case of early departure there will be no refunds given.
