Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars
Off Season (January - April) $110 Per Night For 2 Guests
In Season (May - December) $140 Per Night For 2 Guests
October & Holidays $155 Per Night For 2 Guests
Additional guests will be charged $5.00 for each night.

Cancellation Policy: Reservations must be cancelled two weeks prior to the reserved date in order to receive a 90% refund of the total cost. If a cancellation notice is given less than two weeks before the reserved date, the deposit will be forfeited.

Rules: Guests must be at least 21 years of age or older to make a reservation.
If a pet is found in violation of the policy, a cleaning fee of no less than $100 will be charged to cover carpet and furniture cleaning.
Hot tub covers will be inspected after each rental. Damages will result in a $250 charge.
