  POLICIES :
 
Payment Policy: Rates are quoted in US dollars. A deposit on MC or Visa is required to reserve. Stay 7 consecutive nights and the 7th night is free. Please call for reduced winter rates. Rates quoted are good for up to 4 people.
 
Cancellation Policy: A 14 day cancellation is required to receive a refund of deposit minus a $10 cancellation fee. We do not refund due to inclement weather, sickness, mechanical failures, early departures. No parties or loud behavior allowed... offenders will be asked to leave and will forfeit rental money.
 
Rules: No smoking/no pets allowed.
