Payment Policy: All rates in US Dollars.

May - December-:>$125/night first two nights/2 guests,$115/night thereafter/2 guests,$740. weekly.

January - April-:>$109/night first two nights/2 guests, $99/night thereafter/2 guests,$640 weekly.

$ 5.00 extra per person per night.

$10.00 per night pet fee with permission.

All rates plus 13.25% taxes.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a processing/holdingfee of $50.00. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of one night's rent, or the opportunity to re-book. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival unless the cabin is re-booked in its entirety.

Rules: Smoking is permitted on the spacious balcony only. Small dogs are allowed with prior approval and appropriate fee. Local calls are free. Please use your calling card or credit card for long distance. No House Parties.
