Payment Policy: Special must be booked 30 days in advance, payment in full due within 7 days of date of making revervations agreement. Payments made by check or money order. credit card is held for reservations until payment arrives. Credit card is needed for security deposit of $250.00. Credit card payment on booking amount applies extra fees.

Cancellation Policy: No Cancellation prior to 30 day. No bad Weather Cancellations. Cancellation prior to 30 days can be moved to another date (availibility). Cancellation fee of $50.00 will apply, along with any fees applied as credit card charges. If you dates are moved no fee will apply, only one cancellation is allow.
