Payment Policy: Special must be booked 30 days Advance booking is recommended, Payment in full with check or money order within 7 days of the date of reservation were made. Cashier check or money order also accepted. Credit card checks are also accepted. If paying for special by credit card additional fee will apply. Credit Cards will need to be presented to hold reservations and for the $250.00 security deposit is required on all bookings, to cover broken, stolen or damaged property, any excess damages will be charged to your credit card. All security deposits will be cleared or refunded after inspection. Please allow 1-2 weeks on return of security deposit if secured with Cash or money orders. Major credit cards accepted. Personal checks accepted on advance bookings only, with bank clearing before booking dates. There is no cancellation within three weeks of booking date. No bad weather cancellations. Specials do not apply to major holiday dates including the weekend prior to or after.

Cancellation Policy: There is no cancellation within three weeks of booking date. No bad weather cancellations. There is a $50.00 cancellation fee that apply to all bookings. IF payment if made with credit card, any and all charges will apply for credit card services. Cancellation prior to the three weeks, can be moved to another date, based on availablity without cancellation fee. Cancellation can only to moved once with out fees.

Rules: Smoking is allowed on the outer decks only. Smoking inside the cabin will leave odors and stains, please obey the rules. If smoking order is detected after your departure, extra cleaning fees may apply to to 4 hours for airing out the cabin for the next guest. We do allow a pet up to 35 lbs., pets are not allow on furniture and beds. We do have a pet fee of $35.00 for your stay. Any and all damages caused by your pet will result in charges. Please kennel your pet while your away from the cabin. Pets tend to get nervious within strange locations and cause clawing and wetting. Our upper deck has a gate to maintain your pet. Our cabin is privately owned and operated. We respect that you maintain our cabin with respect at keeping it clean and in order. For more information please veiw our website.
