Payment Policy: Dollars. Reservations are confirmed with a credit card payment. The amount charged is based on the cancellation policy in effect for your reservation. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover required to complete all reservations.

Cancellation Policy: Reservations cancelled before the cancellation date (14, 30 or 60 days) are returned in full, minus a $25 to $50 fee. Reservations cancelled within the cancellation period are ONLY charged if the reservation cannot be rebooked. Should this occur, a raincheck will be given, good for one year. Please ask beforing making a reservation to determine the number of days in your cancellation period.

Rules: Our homes are smoke free. Smoking is allowed on the porches and patios only. Pets are allowed ONLY at Longhorn Lodge. Rates are for two guests. Additional guests are charged at $35 each per night. Starview Lodge holds a maximum of 6 guests; Longhorn Lodge 8 guests. As each home is self contained and separate from the other, children of all ages are allowed at both homes. Completing a reservation indicates acceptance of complete responsibility for guests at the ranch. Checkout time is before 11:00 AM.as we have only a few hours to prepare for the next guests. Should you require additional time, pleasae request it before checking in and we will let you know if it is possible. Late check-outs without our knowledge may be charged additional fees.
