POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: $200.00 due at time of booking, balance due no more than 2 weeks from date of arrival. PayPal requires additional 3.5% to cover charges. All bed linens and bath towels, beach & pool towels included as is standard cleaning fee. Special arrangements for long-term rentals will be negotiated.
	Cancellation Policy: Please ask.
	Rules: Condo must be left broom clean and all trash removed to dumpsters on property, with no damages or missing items in order to receive full refund of $500.00 refundable security deposit. Deposit is required prior to arrival but will not be cashed unless necessary to compensate owner for damages or replacements. Otherwise original security deposit check is returned (with SASE) or destroyed.

MAID SERVICE :

employees and staff from any action that results from the child(ren)’s presence on the property for any injury to said child(ren) or damage to the child(ren)’s property which may result from the child(ren)’s presence on the property. We stock a closet with coolers, beach chairs, toys, boogies boards - all you'll need to enjoy your stay - so bring your swimsuit, your sunscreen, your favorite beverages and sense of adventure - Beach Paradise is just waiting for you to come! Smoking allowed on patio only. We welcome one small dog to share your space with you - no cats allowed or smoking inside due to owner allergies. All bed linens (and these are NOT your basic hotel sheets - we belive in comfort), bath towels, and even beach/pool towels are included, as is your post-move cleaning. Just leave the condo broom swept and the trash removed to dumpsters located on the property, no damages or missing items and you're $500.00 security deposit will be returned or destroyed.
