	Payment Policy: All rates in US Dollars. 2 Nights Minimum Rental, 3 Nights Minimum Rental for Holidays Please ADD: $70 Cleaning Fee for stays less than 3 days 6% Hotel Tax $25 per pet and $50 Refundable Pet Deposit Reservation Guaranteed upon receipt of $300 Security Deposit Rental is due 14 days prior to arrival. We accept Personal Checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
	Cancellation Policy: Reservation/Security Deposit of $300 must be received within 7 days of confirmation to guarantee your reservation and may be held for 7 days after check out to allow time for an inventory and property inspection. Full Rental Fees are due 14 days prior to arrival. All Cancellations are subject to a $35 Cancellation Fee!. 30 or more days prior to arrival – full refund less cancellation fee. 14-29 days prior to arrival – a charge of ½ of one night’s rental fee plus cancellation fee. 3-13 days prior to arrival – a charge of one night’s rental fee plus cancellation fee. 2 days or less prior to arrival – a charge of two night’s rental fee plus cancellation fee.
