  POLICIES :
 
Payment Policy: Dollar. Resevations are confimred with credit card payment. Payment dates depend upon advance of reservation. Please inquire. Montly rates llisted are for two guests. Please inquire about charges for additional guests and pets.

 
Cancellation Policy: 60 day cancellation. Reservations cancelled before cancellation period are totally refunded except for a $50 fee. Reservations cancelled within the cancellation period are ONLY charged if the time cannot be rebooked.

 
Rules: No smoking in the house. Smoking is allowed on the patio. Fresh linen and towels are provided each Friday. Weekly maid service may be available.

  MAID SERVICE :
  The KW HOUSE is set for your arrival. Sheets and towels are exchanged weekly. Additional maid service may be available.
