Rules:
1. NON-SMOKING - This is a NON SMOKING unit.
2. PETS - Pets are not permitted in rental units without written permission and an additional $300 non-refundable cleaning deposit.
3. AGE REQUIREMENTS - We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
4. DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT- A damage/reservation deposit of $300 is required. This must be received within ten (10) days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met.
• No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
• No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
• All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. One load of laundry is started.
• All keys are left on the kitchen table and unit is left locked.
• No linens are lost or damaged.
• NO Early check-in or late check-out.
• The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner) or the local law enforcemen
5. STORM POLICY/ROAD CONDITIONS: No refunds will be given for storms. Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. Our driveways are well maintained, however we do not refund due to road conditions; we highly recommend you purchase travel insurance.
6. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests per condominium is limited to eight (8) persons. An additional charge or $10.00 per person per night for guests in addition to eight (8) will be assessed.
