Holidays (Christmas week, New Years Week, President's Day & Sundance): $345/night - or - $2,000/week. A deposit amounting to two nights stay will secure your reservation. $200.00 of which will be a refundable security deposit. Full payment is required 60 days in advance of stay and is non-refundable. All rates subject to discount for stays longer than one week. Additional taxes and cleaning fees may apply.

Cancellation Policy: Refund only given if another rental can be secured in time.
