	Payment Policy: All rates are quoted in US dollars. To confirm reservations a two-night deposit is required. A valid credit card ( MC, VI) or check. Once confirmation is recieved your room will be secured. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
	Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within one week of original booking date will be refunded without penalty; Cancellation after one week but two months from date of arrival will be refunded less a $150.00 Cancellation fee. Cancellations 30 to 60 days from date of arrival will pay two nights rental fee of the 1st two days rate. No refund will be given for any cancellations within 30 days of arrival date.
	Rules: No Smoking and No Pets
