Rates Shown Do Not Include Tax, Cleaning Fee and Refundable Security Deposit

A booking deposit equal to the two nights rental rate is due when reservation is made. The remaining amount will be due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: A $150 cancellation fee will be charged if a reservation is cancelled prior to 30 days before the arrival date. If a reservation is cancelled ten or less days before the arrival date, a cancellation fee equal to two nights lodging will be charged.
