A deposit of one night’s rent is due within 10 business days from the day of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Mastercard, Visa, Personal checks and Paypal are accepted forms of payment. All rates subject to 9% Vermont Rooms Tax and a cleaning fee of $45. All rates subject to change without notice unless a reservation is confirmed.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50.00. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of one night rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised.
