Winter Holidays $500/night.

Foliage (Sept 24 - Oct 18) - $300/night

Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel your Winter or Summer (non holiday) reservation (written notification to us - email/fax/post), the following scale of charges will apply:

4 weeks or more before arrival date ..........loss of $150 Reservation deposit

Less than 4 weeks but more than 2 weeks before arrival date ..........................loss** of 75% of $ paid

2 weeks or less before arrival date ............loss** of 100% of $ paid TOP

Unless we are able to re-rent the property for the period, in which case you will be refunded 100%.

Rules: Rates (Not including 10% VT Sales Tax and $100 Departure Cleaning Charge).

The balance must be paid 4 weeks before your arrival. If the balance is not received by us in full and on time, we have the right to treat your reservation as cancelled by you, in which case, the cancellation charges as set out in Clause 6) apply.

For reservations made within 4 weeks of arrival date, you will be required to pay the full cost of the rental, plus security deposit, at the time of reservation. Make a payment.
